On the day of the fair you can:

"How can I make sure my current company doesn't access my data and control the transmission of my personal information?" These are questions often asked by candidates, and ConneXio has a data protection policy: a company only accesses your data with your prior consent.
Here is an explanatory tutorial in French on how the show works and how to communicate with companies :
On the day of the fair you can:
- Access profiles of participating companies (from Wednesday morning before conducting interviews on Friday).
- Applying for jobs or submitting unsolicited applications from Wednesday.
- Make appointments on Wednesday and Thursday with the recruiters to conduct interviews on Friday.
- Participate in online conferences and the career advice space on Fridays.
How is your data protected and accessible?
"How can I make sure my current company doesn't access my data and control the transmission of my personal information?" These are questions often asked by candidates, and ConneXio has a data protection policy: a company only accesses your data with your prior consent.
- When you access a stand, the company discovers your profile with a summary of your skills and your CV.
- The company also has access in the CVthèque to your CV only one week from the beginning of the event.
How to communicate with companies?
Use the chat and live-video functions to exchange in a personalized way by asking questions to recruiters about vacancies, submit your application and carry out initial pre-selection interviews. Companies will be able to offer you a live-video interview with the right video solution for everyone.

- Once your account is created, you can participate in as many shows as you want!
- 100% mobile - the virtual job fair adapts to your hardware (PC / Laptop / Tablet).
- If you are interested in a company present at an online trade fair and none of them has published the offers, do not hesitate to submit an unsolicited application.

As in a physical exhibition, you will be able to visit the stands of the companies present, consult the job offers and submit your CV.
You will be able to exchange virtually with different interlocutors such as the HR and Recruitment managers in order to ask them directly your questions. A virtual appointment can then be arranged to conduct the job interview also remotely, by phone or live-video via your instant messenger.
You'll also find there:

- Discover in the ENTRANCE AREA the floor plan of the show.
- Access the STANDS of the companies present.
- Attend conferences in the AUDITORIUM.

What is the conference programme?
Participate in Jobboost webinars and other online conferences (Impulsvorträge / Elevator Pitch ...) and all available information to boost your application (advice area). The programme will appear a week beofre the exhibition opens to candidates, and the conferences will take place from Wednesday until Friday at the times indicated. Saturday selected replays of the previous days are broadcast.
